Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. These may include standard shipping and expedited shipping. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs:

Most items qualify for free shipping, with the exception of Large cubic or Long items.

For large cubic or long items, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination address. You can view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your order.

4. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within whole Australia If you are located outside of Australia, please contact us to inquire about shipping possibilities.

5. Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive within more than 14  business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs clearance may affect delivery times.

7. International Shipping:

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or other reasons, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
