Shipping Terms

when will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm on the same day.

All of our items are located in Australia and dispatched quickly. Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post or other courier provider depending on item size, weight and your location.

Buyer is fully responsible for providing a correct delivery address and an effective contact number on the checkout page before payment.

If a signature on delivery is required and no one in present to sign. A contact will be left to contact the nearest pick up centre or local post office ( if delivered through Australia Post) to organize a collection. Redelivery will cost extra fee.

Item can only be delivered during normal business hours (9:00am-5: 00 pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Warranty & Returns

We accept 30 days return with the money back. 

Faulty or incorrect items

  • Buyer needs to notify us of any issues with your item within 30 days of receipt of the item. We are not accept a simple comments such as "not working" or "wrong item". We prefer to receive some clear photos and details about product issues.This is a big help to accelerate return process. After quick access and communication. We will refund all the money.
  • We will not retain funds to cover the original postage.

Non-faulty item/change of mind

  • If you order the wrong item or changed your mind. We also can accept return with conditions. The item must be returned with original packaging and all the components included.
  • Item in unused condition and resellable. In this situation, we will refund you money without the postage of we send to you at beginning, does not matter it offered free shipping or not.
